We'll always do our best to take care of our Customers and Independent Representatives (iReps)—our philosophy is to work with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us, as well. Our intent is to build trust with you and create a relationship for the long term. Standing behind what we sell is a big part of that.

RETAIL AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

What is the return policy for new Retail and Wholesale Customers?

Jusuru International offers a 100%, Money-Back Guarantee to all new Retail and Wholesale Customers for Jusuru products purchased within their first 90 days as a Customer. If our Customers are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return the empty bottles or unused portion to Jusuru or to the iRep from whom it was purchased, within 90 days of the initial purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price. Our iReps are bound by their iRep Agreement to honor this guarantee.

What is the return policy for existing Retail and Wholesale Customers?

If an existing Retail or Wholesale Customer is not completely satisfied with any Jusuru product purchased, they may return the empty bottles or unused portion within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and Jusuru will refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

How should the product be returned?

The product can be returned directly to Jusuru or through the Customer's iRep, who will return it to Jusuru within ten (10) days. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

The return must be accompanied by:

  • The name, address and telephone number of the Customer and the reason for the return.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt.
  • The empty containers and unused portion of the Jusuru product in its original container.

When will the refund be received?

If the product was purchased from Jusuru International, the refund will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. This means that if paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card or if paid by electronic check, it will be refunded to the same checking account.

How will a refund be received if purchased directly from an iRep's inventory?

If the product was purchased directly from an iRep's personal inventory, the iRep will refund you directly.

  1. The 90-day return policy excludes Bulk Orders and Equine products, our 30-day return policy applies.

INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVES (iREPS)

What is the return policy for new Jusuru iReps?

Jusuru International offers a 90-Day, 100% Money-Back Guarantee to all Jusuru iReps who are within their first 90 days of enrollment. If our iReps are dissatisfied with Jusuru products3 purchased within their first 90 days of joining the company, they may return the empty bottles or unused portion to Jusuru for any reason within 90 days, for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

What is the return policy for existing iReps, who have been enrolled longer than 90 days?

If an existing iRep, who has been enrolled longer than 90 days, is not completely satisfied with their product purchase, they may return the unopened, marketable products to Jusuru within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and Jusuru will refund 90% of the purchase price (10% restocking fee), less shipping and handling.

How will a product refund be handled?

Simply contact Jusuru Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton; otherwise, it will be returned at the iRep's expense.

The return must be accompanied by:

  • The RMA number
  • A copy of the original receipt
  • The name, address, and telephone number of the iRep and the reason for the return
  • The empty containers or unused portion of the Jusuru product, if purchased within 90 days of enrollment, or unopened, marketable product if purchased within thirty (30) days

All returns are subject to:

  • The request for a refund being made within ninety (90) days for new iReps or thirty (30) days for existing iReps
  • The 70% inventory rule requiring iReps to have sold 70 percent of previously purchased product before reordering
  • The receipt of used empty bottles within the first 90-days, and unused product being returned in an unopened, marketable condition after 90 days
  • The product being sent through a form of delivery that can be traced (e.g., UPS) and received within ten (10) days of contacting Jusuru

Please ensure that a proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are used. The iRep is responsible for shipping costs.

When will the refund be received?

The refund will be issued in like-kind payment and may take up to 30 days to process. This means that if paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that credit card or if paid by electronic check, it will be refunded to the same checking account.

How will returns affect commissions?

Commissions earned for any returned product that had previously been paid to you and your Sponsorship Team will be debited from the respective accounts or withheld from present or future Commission payments. Note that returns may cause changes to your Personal Volume, Downline Volume, Rank and/or Commissions payout.

NOTES:

  1. Exceptions to the refund policies may be extended by Jusuru International in instances in which an iRep misconducts, misrepresents, manipulates the compensation plan, or other extenuating circumstances are presented. Previously paid Commissions or Ranks may be reversed and/or adjusted as a result of the exceptions and at the sole discretion of Jusuru International.
  2. Any returns received without prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization number may cause the status of that iRep to be made inactive. Further, there is no assurance that the Jusuru product will be considered replaceable. iReps with excessive returns may be subject to cancellation, as stated in Jusuru’s Policies and Procedures.
  3. The 90-day return policy excludes Fast Start Packs, Bulk Orders, and Equine products, our 30-day return policy applies.
